Empowered Beginnings and Beyond would love for you to join us in postnatal yoga, where we will provide you the tools to stay in a healthy space both mentally and physically after the birth of your little one. Baby welcome! Many mothers experience side effects after their birth such as the baby blues or back pain, overcome nasty effects with postnatal yoga and embrace motherhood today. Postnatal yoga can: help you regain control of your own body, relieve pain that can be due to childbirth and breastfeeding, control your emotions and regain inner peace, relax, socialize, increase mother baby bonding, and fight off postpartum baby blues.
