Join us at Empowered Beginnings and Beyond to empower yourself physically and mentally as you prepare for the birth of your little one. Prenatal yoga offers a holistic approach to exercise that provides you with stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. When done properly, prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies. Prenatal yoga can: improve mother and baby bonding, reduce anxiety/stress, help prepare for labor, and develop stamina.
