Affirmations

An important part of our prenatal yoga classes is affirmations. During pregnancy, a woman should pay attention to her mental and emotional health-affirmations are one of the best tools during this period.

We challenge you to select an affirmation that feels right for you and go back to it when you feel stressed or challenged.

Phrases like: I can. My mind is able. I love my baby. My baby loves me. I am safe. I’m a strong and healthy woman. There’s peace within and around me.
